Titles

Our storyline for our film is about foreshadowing and predicting the future, so we decided on finding words that mean predicting. These were some of the words that came up:

• Adumbrate
• Augur
• Conjecture
• Forebode
• Foretell
• Omen
• Presage
• Vaticinate

These words all have the definition of predicting, so we decided that the word we like the most, and that had an eerie feel was 'Augur'. But we preferred the word 'Augury'.  This word is not a common word and therefore not well known, this will help with the film as it make the audience question the film and wonder what's going to happen in the film as they're not to sure what the word means.

This is our initial design for our title. We wanted the bold text to stand out to make it significant. The red is to stereotypically represent blood connoting death, violence, fear etc.
